There's no pressure to make physical pivots during the 7 weeks (but if things align for you to do so - great). From my own experience, these things take time to do so properly. They take time to feel safe to pivot, to feel clear about the next step and to feel confident about your plan. I've made moves before that were too rushed or misaligned and learnt from them. The purpose of this journey is to put the right foundations in place so that you feel confident about making a move after the coaching journey ends or when feels right for you. I am not the type of coach / mentor who will rush you just to get tangible 'results' however, I will motivate you, I will create healthy momentum based on your design and I will hold you accountable to your highest, most awesome self.
